This course will provide you with the tools and steps to understand and plan what you need to achieve the life you desire.

Many of us carry on day to day doing the job we love, but without thinking ahead to what our future holds for us and what are our key drivers are to achieve our life goals and aspirations.

You will gain clarity within your own mind of the journey ahead and the resources required to support your needs, wants and desires.

You’ll learn and understand how the mind takes on experiences, processes the information, which in turn influences our logic, reasoning and creativity on our approach to life and business.

The course is split into four modules:
• Understanding, empower and strengthen your state of mind to enable you to take a ‘leap of faith’ and eliminate self-limiting beliefs, anxiety, stress, depression and much more...

• Understanding your current position and how to attain a stable platform to navigate from

• Understanding your journey ahead and what good looks like for you

• Finalising your action plan, giving you financial clarity and drive, leading to a stronger more focused individual both in your business and personal life

Each of the modules combines a trainer led session lasting 2 hours and self-led course work of 2-3 hours.

You can also opt for the additional 1 day outdoor session in the countryside with agreed accountability follow up sessions.

Individual or Group Walking Sessions

Walking With My Bear offer individual or group guided walks. You’ll be guided safely amongst the beautful countryside whilst enjoying the day either on a 1-2-1 basis or with like-minded individuals (maximum 10 people per group).

Maybe you want to explore the countryside but don’t feel confident going out alone, or you may want to walk with someone on a 1-2-1 basis where you don't have to worry about navigating your way along?
